One-Pan Cheesy Chicken and Veggie Bake

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the chopped bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini around the chicken.

Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top of everything.
