One-Pan Cheesy Broccoli Rice


How to Make It

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the uncooked rice and toast it for a minute.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add the broccoli florets, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
